MapMan is a state of the art LBS mapping and navigation engine that powers customized map related applications to run on mobile handsets, netbooks, PNDs and MIDs. MapMan is available in a unique onboard or hybrid implementation that powers applications with superior LBS functionality and map display quality even when not connected to the Web. When connected, MapMan drives applications with dynamic Web content/services and enables the updating and purchase of additional map related products. Leveraging the MapMan SDK, powerful map related applications can be quickly developed and connected to the Web where additional content/services can be monetize and stickiness created around a brand.

MapMan provides simple APIs that can be used to implement the needed LBS functionality for any map related application easily. Compelling LBS applications can be developed quickly, reducing time to market. The solution can import maps from popular formats, providing geographic coverage and localization flexibility.
