Software Engineer

Qualification

• Engineering - B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME, M.Sc in Computer Science or MCA with first class.

• Fresh graduate or 1 – 3 years of working experience in a similar environment.
• Must have gone through 1 - 3 complete product development cycles.

• Entry level certification from Sun ( for Java track ) and Microsoft ( for Microsoft track ) is an advantage.

• Good understanding of operating systems principles, embedded systems, software architectures and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C & C++, Java, C#
• Proficiency in at least one OS such as Windows Embedded CE, Symbian, Embedded Linux, Desktop Windows.
• Knowledge in any of the core technology such as .NET framework, Device Driver development for various device classes, Middleware development (various communication protocols), BSP Porting, J2EE, JSP, Graphics/UI design, MFC and WIN32 programming and RDBMS
• Good exposure on design, development and debugging tools.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Senior Software Engineer

• Engineering - B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME, M.Sc in Computer Science or MCA with first class.

• 3 – 5 years of working experience in a similar environment
• Must have gone through 2 – 5 complete product development cycles
• 2 – 5 years of working experience in an ISO or CMM certified organization

• Higher level certification from Sun ( for Java track ) and Microsoft ( for Microsoft track ) is an advantage.

• Good understanding of operating systems principles, embedded systems, software architectures and software engineering principles.
• Expertise in one or more programming language such as C & C++, Java, C#
• Expertise in one or more OS such as Windows Embedded CE, Symbian, Embedded Linux, Desktop Windows.
